The façade of Avenue Deschanel B&B in Schaerbeek

A quiet address,
to relax, work, enjoy...

Two spacious rooms with private bathroom and kitchenette, in a renovated maison de maître facing Josaphat Park.

Panelled doors and chandelier inside the house

Welcome

A stay with the ease of being at home.

Behind a classic Brussels façade — mouldings, high ceilings, chandeliers — we keep just two rooms. That is the whole idea.

Guests arrive to a personal welcome, a kitchenette of their own and a Belgian beer in the evening. The park is across the street; the center is fifteen minutes away by bus 66 — stop in front of the house.

Who stays with us

Three good reasons to be in Brussels.

Here for work

Well placed between the city centre, the European Commission district, NATO and Brussels Expo. Fast stable Wi-Fi, early breakfast formula and parking on request.

Here for the city

Museums, Art Nouveau streets and the Grand-Place — with a quiet park-side house to come home to at the end of the day. Restaurants and bars in the close neighbourhood.

Here for the family

Many of our guests are parents and grandparents visiting children who live in Brussels. Space, a kitchenette and a real bed beat a sofa in a small flat.

“You get twice the space you get in a hotel room. The Manhattan room overlooks a beautiful park, and bus 66 takes you downtown in 15–20 minutes.”

The neighbourhood

A calmer side of Brussels.

Josaphat Park begins across the avenue: ponds, old plane trees and a playground for the children.

Around it, Schaerbeek is a neighbourhood of Art Nouveau façades, bakeries and lingering cafés and a variety of restaurants — with the centre a short bus ride away whenever you want it.

The house also sits conveniently between the city centre, the European Commission district, NATO and the Brussels Expo grounds at Heysel — handy when the visit is a working one.
